IA Weekly is a web-show produced and created by the students of Impact Academy. Each week, we provide tutorials on useful technology tools to educators, provide insight current educational topics, and interviews. For example, Anthony provided a tutorial on Graphite, a free service from Common Sense Media that helps teachers discover new technology services. Another highlight is that Mr. Aaryn Schmuhl, Assistant Superintendent for Learning & Leadership Services in Henry County Schools, announced on our show a list of schools that were going to launch with personalized learning for the 2014-15 school year. Also, we highlight the use of technology in education. On our Season 1 Finale episode, we highlighted an elementary class who had iPads in the classroom. The teacher was interviewed on the recent incorporation of technology and students were interviewed on how the technology has transformed their learning. Feel free to navigate throughout the site to discover tutorials and interviews of your liking.
